I like how versatile the product is. On the advice of my diet coach who sold me this tub I use it in protein for 1 daily mass building shake and in my BCAA drink for leg and back day in the gym. We were using vitargo and karbolean in the past and the effect is the same, with a much lower price tag.

I mix some with my pre-workout and it keeps me from getting tired during workouts. Works well for me as I train for long. Taking preworkout without carbs fires me up but leaves me drained quickly. This carbs helps.
